Shyamnagar, India

Shyamnagar is a locality in Bhatpara Municipality of North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is a part of the area covered by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). The locality is considered one of the major development hubs in the district. It is sometimes also referred to as Barrackpore-Shyamnagar as it comes after Barrackpore.
