Hakkâri, Turkey

Hakkâri (Turkish pronunciation: [hacːaːɾi], Kurdish: Colemêrg), formerly known as Julamerk, is a city and the capital of the Hakkâri Province of Turkey. It is located a few kilometres away from the Iraq–Turkey border. The population of the city at the 2010 census was 57,844. This cities elevation & area spans 1,720 m tall & 2,237.19 km2 wide.
